Founded by Charles Lopez, Legacy Bridge HR Group was created to help organizations build the bridge between where they are today and the legacy they want to leave tomorrow.
Charles Lopez is a transformational Human Resources executive, strategist, and trusted advisor with more than 15 years of progressive leadership experience across multi-state and high-growth organizations. Throughout his career, he has partnered with CEOs, executive teams, and business owners to build scalable HR infrastructures, strengthen workplace culture, improve operational performance, and align people strategy with organizational vision.
His experience spans workforce strategy, organizational development, leadership coaching, compliance, employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, benefits strategy, safety initiatives, and HR technology modernization. Charles has successfully led organizations through rapid growth, operational transformation, mergers and acquisitions, and cultural change, while maintaining a strong people-first approach.
As a bilingual HR leader fluent in both English and Spanish, Charles is passionate about helping businesses create environments where employees feel valued, leaders are equipped to lead effectively, and organizations operate with clarity and purpose.
Charles holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from Florida International University and a Master’s degree in Management and Leadership from Liberty University. He also completed executive HR leadership studies through Cornell University and holds both the PHR and SPHR certifications.
Beyond corporate leadership, Charles serves as a founding board member of Carolina Achieve Charter School and remains actively involved in leadership development, mentorship, and community impact initiatives.
